WAS THERE A SPECIFIC THOUGHT THAT CREATED IF SUPPLEMENTS?
We’ve always wanted to help more people; Marius being a PT for years he receives a lot of questions about supplements e.g. what to use, where to buy, who to get it from? etc. We figured all the questions can be answered with ‘us’, He had to show clients supplements that he wouldn’t use, because you didn’t have the knowledge or products to recommend. Thought: “If I can offer something that meets everyone's needs they won’t have to go elsewhere, lessen the confusion. Make it more streamline.”

WHAT BATTLES HAVE YOU HAD TO OVERCOME?
As any small business, we have had our fair share of battles and struggles, the first was starting up in the height of a global pandemic lockdown. Where most people were minimally spending, but we managed to build good demand when no one was in the gyms. Since then it has been the little things such as; price increases for supplying our stock, shipping & logistical issues, having the website re-done, finding the perfect products (quality!) and most importantly keeping it affordable for YOU, our loyal customers.

Since we started our main success has been the amount of people we see using and appreciating the products we supply, knowing that we’re helping people day in and day out, no matter how far along their journey they are. The feedback from customers is the thing that keeps us striving for more and to know we are not just a product, you receive the advice as well.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 3-5 YEARS?
Throughout the coming years, we will be adding more products to our website to help offer guidance and solutions to more needs/wants of our customers. We hope to be working with other individuals, businesses and companies that are in line with our values. We will become the IF Social Hub for everything; fitness (coaching), events, supplements, knowledge & education. And even setting the products up in gyms both locally and nationally - with the availability to buy in person as well as online through our website. Exciting future ahead!
