I'm Hannah Kay, a committed personal trainer and the founder of Hannah Kay Fitness and Empower. My mission is rooted in empowering women through a comprehensive approach to wellness, which blends both physical training and mental wellbeing. I prioritize creating positive, sustainable relationships with food, exercise, and self-image within all my training programs. Each client’s experience is uniquely tailored, so every woman feels supported on her journey towards enhanced confidence, strength, and self-discovery.

WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE FOR SOMEONE STARTING THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY?
Fitness is never one-size-fits-all. Every individual is unique, so your workout, nutrition, and overall wellness strategy should reflect your own goals and needs. Remember that everyone begins as a beginner; resist the urge to compare your Day 1 to someone else’s Day 100 or 1000. Even experts started where you are now!
