Hey everyone, so this is week 2 of our awesome Newsletters from
Indisputable Fitness and IF Supplements.

Fitness World News:
As promised this week we are covering Arnolds Sports Festival!! What an event that was!! 
Amazing event, Amazing people, Amazing time! If you are at least a little bit into fitness this is the place to be. This event was full of big names such as Eddie Hall, Dorian Yates, Flex Wheeler. These guys were amazing, inspirational and so down to earth people. We had Strongman, Bodybuilding, CrossFit, MMA, Karate, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Dance competitions happening through all 3 days. Massive exhibition area with big and small businesses showcasing what they do best! This is a perfect place to have fun, network, learn and just have a great time. I have never seen such an inclusive fitness event before. Everyone was there, young and old, fitness freaks and families with kids all united by the love to fitness environment. Really big respect goes to Eddie Hall, who was the main organizer for this event and made most of this happen. Such a lovely guy and a hardest worker in the room! Hopefully I can get a picture with him next year! Also a very big shout out goes to events official charity GetFit4MentalWelness. These guys are doing amazing stuff helping people in need!!
So next year Arnold Sport Festival is happening again! Bigger! Better! More Fun! September 23-25th NEC Birmingham. Tickets go on sale in December, so don't miss out. We will be there again, but next year I am inviting everyone who wants to come together. Closer to the date I will release information on where to book your tickets and where we are staying. Everyone is welcome! Let's go together and have amazing time.
Fitness Tip of the Week:
Have you ever tried having cold showers?? Now hold on a minute and don't dismiss this crazy idea just yet! I know it sounds cold and it definitely is, I've tried it myself and can tell you that it is a hard work!! But the benefits of cold showers outweigh few minutes of misery! cold showers help:
Reduce muscle soreness after intense workout.
Cold showers can boost weight loss (especially first thing in the morning).
Give your skin and hair healthy glow.
Staring your morning with a glass of ice cold water will speed up your metabolism.
Cold showers increase alertness, clarity, and energy levels. Endorphins, which are sometimes called happiness hormones, are also released.
So get ready to get cold, wet and healthy with your morning shower!!
Supplement of the Week:
Multivitamins!!
Multivitamins are most commonly used supplement in the world and yet most of us still think that we should only use them if we are deficient of some sort of vitamin. Remember it is easier to prevent than to treat the problem. Human body is an amazing creation, capable of wonderful things. But we need to make sure that it gets everything it needs for an optimal performance. And yes, in a perfect world we would all eat our veggies and fruits and get our 5-10 a day from natural sources, but the real world is not that easy. We lead active lives, we eat on a go, we skip our veggies and the ones we get are usually not that nutritiously valuable as we think they are (most of our vegetables available all year long have almost no nutritional value as they have been picked raw in a country far far away).
