New Week - New Newsletter!
Hey everyone, welcome to week 5 of our exciting Newsletters from Indisputable Fitness and IF Supplements. We’re glad you’re here—let’s make the most of this new week together!

This Week's Book:
The Decision!
This week I want to recommend you guys a book.
If you know me, you’ll know I spend a lot of time with audiobooks and podcasts. Listening to great books while I drive or do cardio is my go-to for recharging and clearing my mind. While I usually focus on self-development and motivational topics, I was genuinely surprised by how much I loved Kevin Hart’s new book, “The Decision!” Kevin Hart, often celebrated for his humor, delivers more than laughs—he offers genuine inspiration about taking charge of your life. The book is easy to follow, and full of practical advice, which Kevin calls “gems and nuggets.” Throughout, I found myself having so many “aha” moments it’s hard not to share my excitement! If you’re looking for a boost in motivation and want actionable advice for your body and mind, I highly recommend grabbing it from Audible and soaking up everything Kevin Hart shares. This is a great pick to kick off the new week with purpose!

Fitness Tip of the Week:

Fitness Tip of the Week:
Mix Up Your Workout! If you feel like your progress has hit a plateau—whether the scale isn’t moving or your strength gains have stalled—consider how often you change your workouts. Refreshing your routine keeps your body responsive and engaged, preventing adaptation that can slow progress. Rather than sticking to the same eating or training habits for too long, changing up your exercise routine every 4-6 weeks helps maximize results. Even simple tweaks, like adjusting your training days or exercise order, can reinvigorate your workouts. For those following specific nutrition plans, periodic shifts in your diet also help maintain motivation and facilitate ongoing changes. The refreshed excitement you feel when starting a new training or nutrition program can be harnessed again to break through plateaus—so give your body something new this week and stay committed to your goals!

Supplement of the Week:

Supplement of the Week:
CBD!
I know CBD gets a lot of mixed reactions, but it’s worth considering for its wide range of health benefits—especially for your body and mind. CBD oil, derived from the cannabis plant, is well-known for its potential in stress relief, pain reduction, and supporting restful sleep, but importantly, unlike THC, it does not cause a psychoactive “high.” Personally, I’ve incorporated CBD into my nighttime routine to help manage stress and anxiety. A few drops under the tongue before bed have noticeably improved my sleep quality and made unwinding easier. When starting out with CBD, it’s best to begin with lower strengths and let your body gradually adapt. As with any supplement, consult with a health professional if needed and listen to your own body’s response. Don’t be surprised if the taste takes some getting used to! If you’re dealing with stress or just want to optimize your recovery, CBD may be a natural addition to your supplement plan.
