This Weeks Book:
The Decision!
So this week I want to recommend you guys a book.
Some of you might know that I spend a lot of my time listening to books and podcasts. I love listening to audio books while driving to and from work and while I'm doing cardio ( not while doing weights, too busy grunting then). It helps me switch off, reset my energy and clear my mind. My favorite type of books are self development/ motivational, so I am so pleased I decided to pick this one up! New Kevin Harts book is just amazing! At first I thought to myself '' this will just probably be one of those funny books'', but as much as Kevin is a funny guy, he also is such a inspiring person. The book is easy to follow and full of ''gems and nuggets'' as Kevin Hart calls them himself. I had so many AHA moments while listening to this book that I can't stop talking about it! So I highly recommend you go grab this one from Audible and listen to every word Kevin Hart says!

Fitness Tip of the Week:
Mix Up Your Workout! Do you feel like you hit plateau? Your weight is not shifting? Strength is not growing? Well how often do you change your workouts?Mixing up your workout might be just what you need to get you going again. Periodically mixing up your workouts will keep your body constantly engaged and active. Our bodies adapt quite quickly to anything we do for prolonged periods of time. That's why sticking to the same eating/ training routine for too long will give you less to no results. The ways to mix your routine can be as simple as changing training days or sequence in which you do your exercise. You should aim to change your workout routine fully every 4-6 weeks to get the most of your training. This will keep your body and mind engaged and motivated to keep pushing. Same goes to any diet plans you follow. Sticking to same food all the time is great for maintenance, but to create continuous weight loss it is recommended to change up your diet every so often. Changing things up in your diet and training will keep you motivated and happier. Remember that exciting feeling you get when you start your new  training/diet program? Well go get yourself some of that feeling and break that plateau!!

Supplement of the Week
CBD!
Shut up, you pothead you say?!?!? But hold on for a minute just hear me out! CBD oils have loads of health benefits to your body and mind, such as stress relief and pain reduction, just to name few. And no CBD does not get you high. Although CBD is extracted of cannabis plant, it does not have psychoactive qualities unlike THC which does get you high.
I personally been experimenting with CBD oils for some time now, as for some time I really struggled with stress and anxiety. CBD became a part of my night time routine to help me switch off before bed time. Few drops under my tongue before sleep helps me to sleep deeper and calmer. I can definitely say that using CBD in conjunction with my other daily practices helped me to reduce my stress levels quite a bit. One thing to mention would be: don't jump to high strength stuff too quickly as your body needs to adapt to CBD gradually. Try it and let me know what you think yourself.
Ps. The taste is definitely something that takes time to get used to!
