Interviewing our Ambassadors

Who you are and what you do?

Emma-Louise, 23 years old, from Belgium.
I am a personal trainer at Roko.
I started my journey as a personal trainer five years ago in Belgium.
I see myself as an athlete—always striving to improve my strength, endurance, fitness skills, and nutrition. Every day provides a new opportunity to become stronger and more knowledgeable, not just for my own growth but so I can better help my clients reach their goals.

What are your goals and plans?

Building both mental and physical strength is key for me, along with muscle development and continuous learning. My passion is helping clients grow stronger, feel empowered, and develop lasting confidence through the discipline of training and an informed approach to nutrition. I aim to keep supporting every individual I work with to become healthier, happier, and more resilient.

Why did you choose to be part of Team IF?

I really appreciate the transparency and values that Marius brings to IF. His dedication to delivering the best products at honest prices truly stands out in the industry. The quality of these supplements is consistently excellent, which makes them easy to recommend to both clients and friends looking for trustworthy nutrition solutions.

What is favourite product and why?

My favourite product has to be the vegan protein powder. Since I am lactose intolerant, I need alternatives to standard whey, and quality vegan protein powders are surprisingly hard to find. This one stands out as one of the best-tasting—and most effective—that I’ve tried. It’s an essential part of my fitness and recovery routine.

What is favourite exercise and why?

I love the deadlift because it’s such a comprehensive movement—there isn’t a muscle in your body that it doesn't activate. Deadlifts build strength, boost metabolism, and have a positive impact on mental health, helping to manage stress, anxiety, and even depression. It’s truly the best all-rounder for total-body improvement.

What is your favourite quote?

‘‘Go one more’’

What is your advice for someone starting their fitness journey?

Fitness should be approached as a skill—just like swimming, running, or cycling. Each activity requires patience to learn the right techniques and avoid injuries. For beginners, investing in guidance from a personal trainer helps ensure safe progress and faster results. Remember: fitness is more than just lifting weights, it’s about building a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing.
