PT Shoutout!

This week I want to mention people who don't get mentioned enough. The unsung heroes. It's the people behind the scenes, behind all the hard work. It's the people who encourage you, make you work harder, support you through your journey. It's your Personal Trainers! I am very lucky to be working with some of the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic, charismatic, nicest people in the industry and they need to be mentioned for all the great work they do. These guys will get up before dawn and stay up till late for you. They will make you sweat, smile and sometimes even cry, but they will always be there for you in the gym and outside of it. So here you go, York's best bunch of personal trainers:

Ian Walbridge (Centurion Fitness York)
Hannah Kay (Hannah Kay Fitness)
Harry Matthews (Apollo Personal Training)
Dave Fell (Fell Fitness Community)
Matthew Winnell (still working on his page)
Marius Matulevicius (Indisputable Fitness)
Hellen Charlotte (Hellen Charlotte Fitness)
Kieran Woodward (Kieran Woodward Coach)
Becka Jenkinson ( FMS)
Emma Louise Landrie (AtEL Personal Training)

All of these guys are different and amazing in their own way! So what ever goal you have go check these guys out and let them help you achieve your goals!!

Supplement of the Week
Acai Berry

Brazilian super food. A super berry! It's a bit like blueberry but better!

Thanks to their high antioxidant content, acai berries have many potential health benefits. They’re loaded with powerful plant compounds that act as antioxidants and could have benefits for your brain, heart and overall health. They also deliver healthy fats and fibre, making them a generally healthy food. Since fresh acai berries have a short shelf life, they’re mainly exported and widely available in three main forms — purées, powders and juices. So go grab yourself some Acai berries and be healthy.
