Here are the events we are attending this year. If you like fitness and anything fitness related you should definitely join us there. There are few of us going this year including HannahKayFitness and AtEL Personal Training. Everyone is welcome to join us, so get your tickets booked, I will post links to websites below. We are going for all 3 days to both events. These events are perfect place to network, learn about everything new in fitness industry and just have a great time! Swing like a King!
Do you even Kettlebell swing bro?! So let's talk about kettlebells. Kettlebell is probably one of the most versatile piece of equipment you can have. It's compact, movable and can be used to train the whole body. Kettlebell is by far one of most engaging piece of equipment in your gym, the amount of exercises you can do with it is limitless. Invented in 1704 to train military soldiers, kettlebell is still one of the most used training tools. I mean if in over 300 years no one could top that, it really must be good! Kettlebell training course was one of my most favourite courses I have ever done and not being able to sit down on my ass for a week after was just a bonus.
So why kettlebell swings?
Well kettlebell swing is one of the most used kettlebell exercise. It works your full body and is amazing conditioning exercise. If done correctly it will help you improve your posture, flexibility and balance.
